One two-hour live workshop training for your staff and you instructor assistants.

Objective of training

• Boost clarity of instruction and class flow for all students

• Learn evidence-based strategies to modify session structure and visual clarity for students.

• Enhance team understanding of Autism and ADHD symptoms that may interfere with their access to instruction

Observation: 3 Class observations, I’ll be assessing these things

• Instructor’s class control

Calibration of inclusion plan (4 Weekly meetings across first month to support the following

• Fine-tuning inclusion strategies

• Observation of class and inclusion strategies.

Quarterly Subscription

Each quarter entails

• One 2-hour live workshop for staff on evidence-based practices to support neurodiverse populations to better access instruction.

• Observation check in’s- Calibration of inclusion strategies to fit diverse student needs. (1-3 hours)
